Rugby Lions

Rugby Football Club, nicknamed the Lions, is a rugby union club based in Rugby, Warwickshire in England (where the game was founded). Rugby currently compete in National League 3 Midlands. The club play their home matches at Webb Ellis Road.

The first player to gain an international cap while a member of Rugby club was Launcelot Percival during the 1893 Home Nations Championship.

In July 2011 Neil Back was named Head Coach at Webb Ellis Road with the intention of turning the side into a Premiership outfit within five years.[1] Ben Gollings also joined Rugby as a player/coach[2].
